The 1st Blue Danube PhD Symposium took place on the 4th February, 2022, showcasing 2 presenters from each Blue Danube country. Jury prizes were given to: Paweł Szczepanik (Czech Republic), Walter Kuba (Austria), Popular vote: Ferenc Beke (Hungary). Winners wew invited to the same year Blue Danube Symposium on Heterocyclic Chemistry (22-24 August 2022, Bratislava, Slovakia) with the possibility to present their results at the meeting as an oral contribution.
Following the positive reception 2 years later we decided to launch its second edition that took place in June 5, 2024. We invited an international jury who selected the winners of the Symposium prize, which came with an invitation to participate to the same year’s 20th Blue Danube Symposium (25-28 August, 2024 Prague) and give an oral presentation. Jury prizes were given to: Sergio Armentia Matheu (Austria) and Jure Gregorc (Slovenia).
The 3rd Blue Danube Online PhD Simposium will start az 1.30 p.m., 13 February 2026.
